The composer Alfonso Gugliucci born in Italy, at the age of 7 started with a private music school in Salerno (Italy). After 7 years of very intensive Piano lessons, he decided to sit down and produce his own simple melodies on the piano, until one day he started to learning news Techniques from Chord Scale Theory, Jazz harmony, Jazz Improvisation and Arrangement.

 

At the age of 13 he played in a band and by the time he was 17 he had toured many middle eastern countries, also in middle and north Europe. He had gathered so many experiences concerning different cultures their music and their musical instruments. It was then when he became inspired by the film music, his film music was then introduced and accepted by Bavaria Munich in Germany, but film music is not everything he became just as involved with jazz and classical music working with Songs Writer as William Davis (USA) or some of the great Gospel-jazz musicians such as Karen Edwards .

In the classical area he has done many arrangements for classical singers such as Leona and Stefan Kellerbauer from the Czech republic and Germany to name a few.


1998,In co-operation with Hans Daimel (TV Composer) and Koch/Shams Production for Film music he composed the film music to a TV Documentation and Expedition film about the Rain forest in south America. The Label Koch/Shams and Ambros Seelos made also 
a production of CDs, called "Expedition" with the participation of the famous percussionist Hossam Ramzy, who has worked with artists
such as Peter Gabriel, Robert Plant and Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin).

2008, with the motivation and the help of all his Yuotube friends, Alfonso made the album "Love After 10 ", which soon become  very popular, but unfortunately the production was limited only for a short period.

2010, Alfonso made his new album " After Sunset "  this album is defined by the listeners, a very deep atmosphere of musical emotions, expressions across jazz songs to the Soundtrack.

2011 his new album "Love Espressions ", it's famous songs jazz standards, re-arranged by Alfonso at the piano. The album title speaks for itself. After a few months Alfonso has published a single "Jack's Theme" by Dave Grusin.

Also in 2011, the famous Italian director Sir Andrew Molaioli  chose an interpretation and
Alfonso's musical arrangement on piano of the song "
 Foolish Heart by Victor Young" for his
Movie " il Gioiellino"
 
a production of the  Indigo Film Rome, currently in Italian Cinema. 

Of this Alfonso's interpretation  of " Foolish Heart"  the label "UNIVERSAL" did a production of CDs and downloads, is currently on some portals of iTunes, such as Holland, Italy, Brazil, and Spain. The CD (il Gioiellino) is sold today from Amazon and other music portals.

At the moment he residing in Germany and is working on a new music Album project.
